Community Transport

Since 1986, Minibus Options has worked with Community Transport groups from all over the UK to develop specifications and build minibuses as diverse as the applications they are destined for. We have many customers from the Community Transport sector who return to Minibus Options every time they need a new minibus. When they do it is common for them to visit our unique showroom to assess and compare all of the current seating, access and restraint equipment and update their specification accordingly.

The Community Transport sector has changed over the years, along with the people it serves. In the past there were 2 or 3 categories of minibus that would suit the majority of applications. Today the role of Community Transport has changed, its remit has expanded, and as a result the minibuses needed to suit are highly specialised projects needing a depth of experience few can provide. Minibus Options have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the minibuses required for Community Transport, both in the technical specification and the legalities of operation.

To reinforce our commitment to Community Transport groups, as of January 2013 we became corporate supporters to work in partnership with the Community Transport Association to provide advice and support to CTA members. As a direct result of this partnership we have committed to offering Travel Assistance to CTA members whereby we will reimburse the cost of travel to our unique showroom in Whaley Bridge (conditions apply). Whether you “Need a Bus NOW” or want to design your fleet replacements for the next few years, please take advantage of this service. We offer friendly, expert advice and there is no obligation to buy. Don’t take our word for it come and see for yourself.
