Here is a pic is our electric minibus’s first trip to the Tighnabruaich area – a 55.4 mile round trip of hills, rough roads and elderly people requiring use of the ramp… after a couple of weeks testing the battery capacity closer to home we thought we’d give the far-flung areas a try and were only slightly apprehensive about running out of power in the back of beyond with a van full of people who can’t walk very far… anyway – all went well, they all loved it and still 33% battery when we got back to base… Thank you for seeing this order through… we still have a lot to learn about the vehicle but as exercise in showing that electric vehicles can work in remote rural areas we are on the right track…
